Christopher Brian Caserio, Esquire, is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia. He attended Saint John Neumann High School before heading to Millersville University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching. Mr. Caserio graduated from the Widener School of Law in 2001 and passed his bar exam that same year. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he has been doing so for almost 25 years. Mr. Caserio started his law career as a law clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Anthony J. DeFino. After his stint as a law clerk, Mr. Caserio went on to work for himself and other law firms located in both Philadelphia and New Jersey. His primary focus has always been in the areas of criminal and family law. Mr. Caserio is very straightforward with his clients and is always looking out for their best interest. He is always available to speak with his clients, despite his busy schedule. He is dedicated to his practice and, if need be, will be aggressive in the courtroom to defend his clients’ rights.
